Summer graduation ball in Prague
A June ball to close the school year, a graduation evening with an outdoor part, or an end-of-year prom for your class. We find the venue, plan the programme and always have a back-up for the weather — all in English.
What kind of evening?

What we take care of
Venue and programme
- a ballroom with a terrace, garden or courtyard,
- the programme — grand entrance, speeches, diplomas or sashes if you want them,
- DJ or band, English-speaking host, sound and lighting,
- catering and drinks suited to a warm evening,
- photographer and photo booth.
Weather and timing
- plan B for rain: a marquee or an indoor space the programme moves into,
- outdoor music within the venue's rules — quiet hours start at 10 pm,
- shade and water for guests in hot weather,
- lighting for the evening — in June it gets dark around 10 pm.
Balls we have organised
These photos are from winter graduation balls we organised for Czech schools. We prepare summer balls with the same team and the same attention to the programme.

A Czech ball team that speaks English
We organise school balls and after-parties in Prague every season, including a prom for American Academy in 2023. We know the venues, the suppliers and the local rules — and we explain everything in English to students, parents and school staff.
Want a party after the ball? We also organise after-parties in Prague clubs.
