What's included

Take the whole package or just the parts your class can't arrange itself. Every item is priced separately in the proposal, so you always know what you're paying for.
English-speaking host
Runs the evening, the sash ceremony and the programme in English, Czech or both.

How it works
From the first e-mail to the last dance
Ballrooms in Prague are booked up to three years ahead. These are the four steps you go through with us.
A quick call
Send the form or call us. We'll ask how many students are graduating, when you'd like the prom and what you already have in mind.
We meet in person
We always meet, ideally with the students driving it and, if it helps, a teacher or parent. Every school is different and we don't do one-size-fits-all presentations.
A written proposal for your class and school
After the meeting you get everything in writing with a cost per student. It's built to be shown to classmates, parents and the head teacher.
Prom night
Our coordination team is on site for the whole evening. We run the technical side, the programme and the timing. You enjoy the night and make memories that last.

After one meeting you get a written proposal with the venue, date, programme, cost per student and who signs what. That's usually all a head teacher needs to say yes.

Frequently asked questions

Our flagship is the Empire Hall at Slovanský dům in the centre of Prague, which fits up to 800 guests and works for one to four graduating classes. We also organise proms at Národní dům na Vinohradech and other ballrooms in Prague and up to 100 km from the city.
A parent, a teacher or the school can sign on behalf of the class. The contract is in plain language and every cost is listed in it. Nothing is hidden in the small print.
Yes. We work with hosts who are comfortable running the evening in English, and the programme can mix Czech traditions with whatever your class wants: a formal entrance, a sash ceremony, a choreographed dance, speeches, awards, a midnight surprise.
Numbers always move a little. We plan with a realistic estimate and adjust the final order and seating with you a few weeks before the date.
Yes, and most classes book both together. The after-party takes place in one of Prague's best clubs, with a private VIP area for graduating students, security and ticket sales handled by us.
